||Job Summary: (Part-Time - 7pm-7:30am)Collects, processes and performs analyticaltesting on patient specimens; performs quality control procedures; evaluatesand reports patient test results; performance maintenance procedures on testingequipment.Knowledge of the theories and principles of medicaltechnology allows MLT to follow prescribed strategies for recognizing a problemand problem solve using undermined criteria. Ability to work alone during nightshift.Consults Lead Technologist, Director Laboratory Services orMedical Director, as needed.Qualifications:MLT -Certification as an MLT or eligible to obtain MLTcertification by arecognized certifying agency such as ASCP or completionof a military training program or other MLT training program.
