||Our Bangor location has a great position for a licensed practical nurse wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You would be responsible for providing nursing care to a designated group of pediatric and adult patients in their homes, under the direction of a registered professional nurse. Your responsibilities will include conferring and collaborating with all members of the patient care team in the execution of the care plan for a specified patient and reporting all findings to the RN case manager and significant abnormal findings to the physician. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current ME license to practice as a licensed practical nurse
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand specific instructions
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance.
