||Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing administrative and reception/customer service, and project support to the High-Risk Breast Program. Assists with program operations, including, patient calls, appointment scheduling, calendar management, filing, correspondence, and data collection. Provides customer service support to interna land external contacts. Assists with referral management to the program. Handles confidential and time sensitive information.Responsible for the day to day operations of the office. Develops and maintains office systems and special projects that supports the goals and growth of the High-Risk Breast Program. Develops, coordinates and executes systems for tracking patient quality and statistical data. The incumbent will work independently and autonomously with general guidance. The incumbent performs duties and tasks in accordance with performance standards established for the job. The incumbent is responsible for participation in and completion of all patient safety initiatives appropriateto the position. In addition, the incumbent conducts all job responsibilities according to the Mission and Valuesof Northern Light Mercy Hospital.

| Equivalent to an Associate's degree or minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in similar position required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in a medical office setting. Must be computer savvy with strong keyboarding skills. Must have strong database skills, MS Word, Excel, and Power-Point experience. Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication and the ability to understand specific instructions. Judgment and initiative to effectively and efficiently work and produce results with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize workload while managing multiple priorities. Incumbent must be a professional, dynamic individual who is detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and spreadsheet creation. Project management, database management, technical writing and problem-solving experience required.|
