Job Details Work 32 hours/week, get paid for 40 hours/week when working Saturday/Sunday and 2 weekdays! $Sign-On Bonus$ for experienced PT meeting eligibility criteria! We have a great position for a physical therapist wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! Working autonomously, you would be responsible for providing one on one care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes through assessment, development and implementation of a plan of care, in consultation with physicians and families, furthering the direct impact you make on their lives. Utilizing the latest information technologies and telecommunication systems, We provide you with a variety of therapy experiences, ranging from caring for patients with medical/surgical needs as well as caring for patients with end stage and palliative care needs. In addition you would play an integral role in collaborating with other members of the patient care team!

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of physical therapy
Current ME license to practice as a physical therapist
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand specific instructions
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance.
Ability to travel in assigned service area.
