||Provide basic nursing care to medical surgical patients under RN supervision and assist patients with activities of daily living. Duties may include but are not limited to vital signs, feeding, toileting, hygiene, ambulation/transfers, and collection of specimens. Assist in maintaining safe and clean environment including restocking and sanitizing of hospital rooms.Ability/willingness to provide or assist in patient care (vital signs, ADLs, EKGs, specimen collection, etc.). Effective communication utilizing clear, concise and effective verbal, written and electronic communications; excellent customer service skills. Organization and time management skills, ability to multi task. Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent education. Current Maine CNA certification and CPR/BLS.
