||Perform nursing assessment and care of acute and chronically ill medical-surgical patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to assure patients' needs and care requirements are met throughout the continuum of care. Participate in organizational performance activities that impact patient care.Qualifications
Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years of acute nursing experience preferred. Valid Maine RN License or license eligible. Current BLS Certification; ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
Proficiency in Nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Effective communication utilizing clear, concise and effective verbal, written and electronic communications. Organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task. Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.Must work 4 shifts per month
