||Job SummaryThe HR Operations Representative provides administrative support to the department's centers of excellence. Responsible for all Lawson new hire, rehire, transfer processing for all member orgs.Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent required, Associates preferred.Entry-level position. 2 years' working experience preferred, prior HR experience preferred.Call Center experience preferred.Required Working knowledge of benefits, basic compensation, HR policies, and recruitment required.Customer-focused communication skills.Ability to use HRIS technology to gather informationProficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.Accurate data entry and extraction skills.Strong problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Physical DemandsSedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.Note: the duties listed above reflect the majority of the duties of this job and does not, nor is it intended to, reflect all duties that may be required for an incumbent in this job to perform.
