||POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a critical member of the medical office team working toward the goals of the practice with a focus on providing optimum service to all patients. Partnering with the providers, coordinate patient flow, obtain temperature, pulse, blood pressure, weight, and administer care to patient. Responsible for maintaining patient charts and other medical records, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with patients and families, keeping patient information confidential and respecting patient's right to privacy.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have 2 years of clinical experience. Must successfully complete MA program (diploma within 18 months OR Associates within 32 months). Computer skills/literacy.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Certification as a CNA, CRMA, PSS, PCA, or other clinical equivalent. Obtaining accurate vital signs.CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Active BLS certification required.
