Job Details Our Southern Maine location has a great position for a Manager of Clinical Services wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You will be responsible for management of clinical care provided to home health clients within a regional territory and providing oversight, supervision, and mentoring of a multidisciplinary team of field clinicians. You will be responsible for staff productivity, quality outcomes, client satisfaction and clinical practice standards delivery.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy or occupational therapy, or the equivalent in professional knowledge and experience
Certification (or willing to obtain within six months of hire) as an OASIS Specialist-Clinical by the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board
Four years of professional clinical experience, two of which are in Home Health care
Two years of progressively responsible healthcare management experience
Current ME license practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand specific instructions
Ability to travel in assigned service area.
