||POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Patient Access Manager, the ED PatientAccessRepresentative is responsible for assisting the ED staff in carrying out its mission of maintaining quality and accessible healthcare services in a safe, efficient, caring, and respectful manner. Responsible for accurately identifying patients and wayfinding for the Hospital.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: : High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Strong computer, typing and telephone skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to sit for long periods of time.
