||GENERALDESCRIPTION/STATEMENT: Assist in the maintenance of the hospital and associatedgrounds to maintain the upkeep, operations and appearance of at AR Gould in Presque Isle and Mars Hill Health Center.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Complete workorders, preventative work orders, projects & call ins, in order of urgency or as directed by Maintenance Manager.2. Replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs according to policy. 3. Replace floor tile, installs cove base and other minor floor repairs. 4. Perform basic plumbing skills.5. Perform basic mechanical skills.6. Perform basic carpentry skills.7. Perform basic electrical skills. 8. Perform repairs on the building finish such as patching and painting.9. General Maintenance dutiesOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
