Job Details Job Summary:

Supports the IAM technologies, processes and controls of the Information Security program in alignment with regulatory compliancerequirements, policies, and risk management standards. Participates in assigned tasks supportingidentity management and access control activities to ensure dataconfidentiality, integrity and availability. Evaluates current and new systemsto ensure compliance with access control standards and works on complexproblems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of variousfactors. Completes assigned tasks ofroutine to moderate complexity related to projects and technical requests.Provides more advanced support in all areas of the department's tasks andinitiatives. Largely self-directed once assigned work and functions withconsiderable independence.

General Job Duties:

Manage various Information Security front-end andback-end software and hardware solutions.

Participates in assigned tasks as it relates toregulatory compliance related actives and remediation efforts.

Evaluates and works on current and incoming systems.

Completes assigned tasks of routine to moderatecomplexity related to projects and technical requests.

Educationand Experience:

• Highschool diploma/GED and 2-4 years relevant experience required, preferably in Healthcare.

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

• One or more relevant security certifications (GSIF, Security+, etc.) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional business manner andability to interact with people of differing professional levels.

• Working knowledge of healthcare security & compliance regulations.

• Experienced in supporting front-end and back-end application systems and associated troubleshooting techniques.

• Working knowledge in cybersecurity best practices, security terms and healthcarerelated privacy regulations.

• Ableto interact effectively with clinicians, information systems resources, peers,and management staff from hospitals (from critical access hospitals to atertiary referral center), other Member Organizations, and vendors in a mannerthat represents EMHS positively.

• Completesassigned tasks related to projects and technical requests and provides supportin all areas of department tasks and initiatives. Able to be largely self-directed onceassigned work and can function with considerable independence.

• Experienceusing tools for monitoring performance and troubleshooting problems andanalyzing metrics.

• Experiencedin implementing new security systems into an existing environment.

• Providesexcellent customer service to all levels of employees including customers,peers, and leadership.

• Coordinatesand participates in inter and intra-departmental committees and groups.

• Executesproject tasks.

• Providesmore advanced support in all areas of the department's tasks and initiatives.

• Largelyself-directed once assigned work and functions with considerable independence.

• Assistsmore senior staff in supporting current IAM systems and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Worksin a normal office environment.

• Worksin wiring closets and utility spaces that may be warmer and/or have a higherambient noise level than other areas, but not at such a level as to requireprotective clothing or equipment.

• Mustbe able to work and think independently.

• Occasionalirregular hours

• Willingto travel by air and ground.

• Mustbe able to speak and communicate clearly and effectively.

• Mustbe able to hear speech.

• Mustbe able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities.

• Mustbe able to travel to various EMHS sites.

• Participatein periodic on-call rotation as needed.

• Thisposition may be eligible for situational offsite work.
