Job Details Job Summary

The HR Special Projects Associate is a temporary position responsible for supporting the development of standardizing position descriptions across the system.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Compiles position description elements into a table to compare similarities and complexities at each member organization to a benchmarked position.

· Performs basic analysis with the tasks to assure effective execution of the project

· Coordinates w/ other members of the Compensation team to develop skills and maintain high level of required productivity and execution.

Education and Experience

· Bachelors Degree or 3+ years towards a degree.

· 2+ years of related experience required.

· Experience using MS Excel and Work is required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Experience working in human resources and understanding position descriptions.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Word and Excel at a minimum.
