||Job SummaryThe HR Special Projects Associate is a temporary position responsible for supporting the development of standardizing position descriptions across the system. Duties and Responsibilities· Compiles position description elements into a table to compare similarities and complexities at each member organization to a benchmarked position. · Performs basic analysis with the tasks to assure effective execution of the project· Coordinates w/ other members of the Compensation team to develop skills and maintain high level of required productivity and execution. Education and Experience· Bachelors Degree or 3+ years towards a degree. · 2+ years of related experience required.· Experience using MS Excel and Work is required.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities· Experience working in human resources and understanding position descriptions.· Strong analytical and organizational skills. · Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Word and Excel at a minimum.
