Job Details Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a licensed mental health provider (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-CC or psychologist) to join our team.


Position Summary: The Clinician works within a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a key member of a multidisciplinary team conducting evaluations with psychiatrists and providing psychotherapy using individual, group and family therapy modalities. They are skilled in establishing rapport and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse individuals, including patients, family members, and other providers. As enthusiastic learners, the clinicians actively pursues research and knowledge to ensure the delivery of evidence based, outcome-informed practice while adhering to key components of Acadia's outpatient treatment model. Requirements: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker Conditional Clinical by the Maine State Board of Social Work (LMSW-CC); or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at an independent (LCPC) or conditional level (LCPC-C) by the Maine State Board of Counseling Professionals, or Psychologist licensed by the Maine Board of Examiners in Psychology, or eligible to obtain a conditional license.
