||Our South Portland office has a great position for a Clinical Services Coordinator LPN wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You will be responsible for providing clerical support and scheduling for all clients in a regional territory. Your responsibilities will include receiving physician orders for current clients in addition to communicating with clinical management, staff, clients and families regarding scheduling and staffing changes, and addressing client concerns/needs. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Two years acute care nursing experience
Current ME license to practice as a licensed practical nurse
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand specific instructions
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and VNA required auto liability insurance.
