Job Details Urology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Excellent opportunity for a nurse practitioner/physician assistant to join six urologists, one office practice physician, and three other allied health professionals as a member of our hospital-employed urology practice.

This position would have a primary focus in our pediatric patient population but will also care for our adult population. Responsibilities include providing timely care for pediatric (and adult) patients in the office which may include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic urologic diseases, caring for children with urinary incontinence, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatment, providing patient education and counseling, facilitating patient adherence, and performing (select) procedures.

Qualified applicants will have the ability to effectively build and manage relationships with our patient community. Urology experience preferred, but will consider new graduates. Excellent communication skills required as well as efficient patient time management and clinical knowledge base.
