More than a century after Northern Light CA Dean Hospital first opened our doors, we’ve reached a pivotal moment as we open the new Buck Family Building, Buck Family Ambulance Garage, and renovated Allen Family Wing. We invite you to explore the information on this page to find out more about what to expect in our community’s new hospital.

Explore the new Buck Family Building

About the new Hospital. The Buck Family Building, the new main hospital building, opened on February 27, 2024, and the Allen Family Wing opened on June 25. Emergency care, inpatient care, lab, and imaging are located in the Buck Family Building. Rehabilitation services and inpatient care are provided in the Allen Family Wing. Demolition and site work will continue through the fall of 2024.

Where to enter and park. The hospital address (364 Pritham Ave.) is the same. CA Dean Hospital is now accessible via Hospital Street. The parking areas next to the Buck Family Building, Northern Light Health Center, and Allen Family Wing are all available for patient and visitor parking. Many of our driveways and parking lots will be closed temporarily for paving in the coming weeks as we wrap up our modernization project.

Beginning July 15, please follow signs to Murray Street to access all hospital services. Use the first parking lot (Allen Family Wing) for the Rehab Department and to visit an Allen Family Wing patient.

The entrance to the old hospital building is now closed in preparation for demolition. Please use Murray Street to access the Buck Family Building (Emergency Department, Imaging, Lab, Acute Inpatient Care) and the Allen Family Wing (Inpatient Care).
