Tricia Costigan, MBA, FACHE, is a senior vice president of Northern Light Health, and president of Northern Light Inland Hospital and Northern Light Continuing Care, Lakewood. In the president’s role, she oversees the leadership and operations of the hospital and the continuing care center.

Being raised in Dover-Foxcroft and knowing the value of rural healthcare to Mainers, Tricia is passionate about ensuring patients get the best care and service. She values the role Inland Hospital plays in the vitality and success of the greater Waterville area. She is dedicated to making healthcare accessible for all and engaging with our community to build partnerships for the good health and overall improved quality of life for those we serve.   

Prior to becoming president of Inland Hospital, Tricia was associate vice president of Northern Light Health’s Medical Group Operations. Her background shows her core commitment to helping people with leadership roles at Saratoga Hospital in New York and UPMC-Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. She is a proud Navy veteran.
