Rand O'Leary

Senior Vice President, Northern Light Health and President, Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center

Rand J. O’Leary, FACHE is a senior vice president of Northern Light Health, and president of Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
 
He is responsible for leading Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and ensuring safe, compassionate care is accessible to the northern two-thirds of Maine.
 
Rand is passionate about serving the community and addressing social determinants of health to ensure all Mainers have access to the care they need. He finds purpose in helping our most vulnerable and is a dedicated servant leader who believes strongly in the merits of continuous learning and self-reflection.
 
As a healthcare leader, Rand is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
 
Prior to joining Northern Light Health, he gained more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in hospital and health systems, surgical services, neurosciences, cardiovascular, ambulatory and physician practice management with organizations such as the Henry Ford Health System, Peace Health, Ascension Healthcare, and Trinity Health.

Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Central Michigan University
 
Rand became president of Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in 2019.
