Glenda E. Dwyer, RN, BSN, MBA, FACHE is Senior Vice President Clinical Operations for Northern Light Health
Glenda Dwyer is responsible for the effective operation of clinical services spanning Northern Light Health. She acts as the chief clinical officer such as nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, telehealth, medical transport, integrated care management and the transfer center ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders and advance system integration performance.
Prior to taking on the duties of senior vice president, Glenda served as vice president of operations for Northern Light AR Gould Hospital, in Presque Isle, Maine for four years, where she also served as interim president from 2015-2016.
Glenda’s educational background includes a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Husson University, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine.
