NAMI Maine support groups are peer led and offer you an opportunity to share your experiences and gain support from other group members. NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need. Groups are led by trained leaders with lived experience.

While NAMI Maine support groups are open to peers and loved ones of those with mental illness, we do not allow non-identifying observers or providers in our groups.
