Our Services

As Registered Dietitians, we work with a variety of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including dialysis, oncology, skilled and long-term care, cardiac patients, and patients in their own homes through Home Care and Hospice. We host a surgical weight loss support group and provide services for both a diabetes self-management program and an Intensive Behavioral Therapy (IBT) program. We also offer community presentations and nutrition outreach programs. Individuals with a variety of conditions and illnesses can improve their health and quality of life by receiving outpatient medical nutrition therapy (MNT). During an MNT intervention, we counsel clients on behavioral and lifestyle changes required to impact long-term eating habits and health. All nutrition therapies are based on the most current evidencedbased practice guidelines.
